From there, Prowess worked closely with K2 to build strategic nurture-track campaigns and associated content that translated K2’s tech-speak into real business benefits for its customers.

Nintex Compete Infographic

In this infographic, we simplified business concerns into bite-size challenges and solutions that highlighted the weaknesses of one of K2’s competitors. The infographic provided a direct, one-to-one comparison of the features and benefits of two workflow-management solutions: the K2 solution and a competitor’s solution.

K2 Personas

We developed a consolidated customer-persona strategy, in addition to associated documentation, to inform K2 marketing initiatives, noting the priorities and challenges for each persona’s perspective. We supported K2 with a consistent vocabulary and clear direction regarding the objective and target audience for any given piece of content. This work helped ensure that the marketing strategy remained cohesive across the company.

K2 Appit for SharePoint Documentation

We outlined the foundational messaging for the Appit solution, including product features and benefits. From there, we created a security brochure and datasheet to address common customer fears about cloud security.
